- What vehicles are permitted in Haspin Acres?
- We allow all types of vehicles including factory SUVs, rail buggies, modified trucks, ATVs and Dirt Bikes.
- What type of races are held at Haspin Acres?
- Haspin has motocross races for four wheel ATVs and dirt bikes, Hare Scrambles through the woods for ATVs and Dirt Bikes. There are other possible races for ATVs, bikes, trucks and buggies that we are looking into for the new year too.
- What types of tracks are available?
- Haspin has 2 motocross tracks, one of which is a large outdoor style track and the other is a smaller supercross style track. We also have a 300ft. drag track.
- Are the trails at Haspin Acres marked?
- Hapin does not mark the trails. Frankly, there are too many trails to mark!
- If I get stuck, how do I get out?
- Your best bet is to find another Haspin Park patron to pull you out. However, if this does not work, Haspin Acres offers a tow/pull out service for a charge. (Charge depends on circumstances and location of stuck vehicle.)
- If something on my vehicle breaks, is there anywhere to get it fixed?
- We do not have a pro-shop of any kind at Haspin. The nearest bike shop is 20 miles away. There is a off road shop in the town of Laurel for buggies and trucks that is open limited hours.
- If I do not want to camp at Haspin Acres, where is the nearest hotel?
- The nearest hotel is in Connersville, Indiana.
- What food is available?
- Haspin has a restaurant open on the weekends, or there are 2 restaurants and a pizza place in town.
- What safety gear is required?
- For all bikes and ATVs, you must be fully clothed and wear a helmet. For all trucks and buggies, you must wear a seat belt.
- Are we allowed to fish in the ponds?
- Your are permitted to fish in the ponds, however, swimming is not permitted.
- Are children permitted to ride at Haspin?
- Yes, children are permitted to ride with a couple of stipulations: All children under 18 years of age must have a waiver form signed by their parent or guardian (if a parent or guardian are not going to be with the child, the waiver form still needs to be signed and NOTARIZED by a notary public. Second, ALL CHILDREN UNDER 14 YEARS OLD MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT! NO EXCEPTIONS!
